    has an append command, thanks to Marco Pantaleoni &lt;panta@prosa.it&gt;
* Fixed dmesg.  It wasn't parsing its options (-n or -s) properly.
* Some cosmetic fixes to ls output formatting to make it behave more
    like GNU ls.
