Implement first instance of NOFORK applet - echo
find: use NOFORK/NOEXEC; small -exec buglet also eliminated
vfork_daemon_rexec: honor PREFER_APPLETS
echo: small size improvements
find -exec echo {} \; with PREFER_APPLETS=y runs 4 times faster
