This is basically the following OpenSSL commit. Remove sign/verify and required_pkey_type fields of EVP_MD: these are a legacy from when digests were linked to public key types. All signing is now handled by the corresponding EVP_PKEY_METHOD. Only allow supported digest types in RSA EVP_PKEY_METHOD: other algorithms already block unsupported types. Remove now obsolete EVP_dss1() and EVP_ecdsa(). *	GOST crypto algorithms (well, most of them), ported from the removed GOST	miod	2014-11-09	1	-0/+125
	engine to regular EVP citizens, contributed by Dmitry Eremin-Solenikov; libcrypto bits only for now. This is a verbatim import of Dmitry's work, and does not compile in this state; the forthcoming commits will address these issues. None of the GOST code is enabled in libcrypto yet, for it still gets compiled with OPENSSL_NO_GOST defined. However, the public header gost.h will be installed.
