Subject: Remove leading underscore from _BYTE_ORDER and _{LITTLE,BIG}_ENDIAN,
 to be more friendly to systems where the underscore flavours may be defined
 as empty. Found the hard way be bcook@; joint brainstrom with bcook beck and
 guenther
