Convert ext\ to MSTest and traversal projects.
- Move ext\ unit tests to MSTest.
- MSBuildify ext projects with MSTest execution.
- Fork test support projects for MSTest:
- WixInternal.TestSupport
- WixInternal.Core.TestPackage
