Fix SequenceActionsCommand symbol type:bob/SequenceActionsCommandMsiServiceConfigSymbolType
The MsiServiceConfig table should have
SymbolDefinitionType.MsiServiceConfig, not
SymbolDefinitionType.LaunchCondition.
NOTE: Might be better to build this from the symbol, not the table.
