cp: add support for -s, -l. Fix free(nonmalloc) bug.
Add doc on POSIX's rules on -i and -f (insane!). ln: make "ln dangling_symlink new_link" work. git-svn-id: svn://busybox.net/trunk/busybox@16419 69ca8d6d-28ef-0310-b511-8ec308f3f277
