Remove some useless code in build.builtin
If `basename` is equal to `baseinfo` then, as `filename` is
`baseinfo` plus ".lua", assignment `filename = basename..".lua"`
has no effect and the if statement can be removed. Then `baseinfo`
can be removed as unused.
